What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, phone number and order details. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor; we never see or store them.

Why we collect it

To take payment, ship your order, email tracking, handle returns and answer support requests. If you opt in to our email list, we send VR product updates and offers.

Who we share it with

Shopify, which hosts this store; our payment processor; and the carrier delivering your parcel. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart, remember preferences and measure site use. You can block cookies in your browser, though the cart may stop working.

Your rights

You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data. Email support@lumavrshop.com and we will action your request.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, then delete them.

Refund Policy

30-day returns

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. The required condition depends on the item.

VR headsets, controllers and accessories

Return the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. It may have been unboxed and tested to see whether it suits you. It must be undamaged and clean; remove your personal data and unlink your accounts before returning a headset.

Restocking fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for items returned in their proper condition.

Consumables and sealed cleaning products

These must be unopened, with factory seals intact, in their original packaging. Opened bottles, sachets or packs cannot be accepted for hygiene and product safety reasons. These conditions do not affect your rights if an item is faulty, expired where applicable, leaking, damaged or not what you ordered.

How to start a return

Email support@lumavrshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with instructions. Do not send anything back before hearing from us.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping for standard change-of-mind returns. We recommend a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the return, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more business days to show it.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, leaking, expired where applicable, or is not what you ordered, contact us with photos. We replace it or refund you in full, including shipping you paid, and cover return shipping.

Wrong accessory for your VR device

Compatibility information follows the product manufacturer's statements. If you ordered an incompatible accessory and the pack is unopened, the 30-day return policy applies. If our page stated incorrect compatibility, we cover the return in full.

Shipping Policy

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. We email your tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery time

Orders arrive in 7–10 business days. If an order will take longer than 10 business days, we email you before shipping so you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Your full total, including shipping and taxes, is shown before you confirm the order.

Large items

Large VR equipment and bundles have shipping rates based on their specific weight, dimensions and destination. The full amount is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Restricted items and air freight

VR equipment containing batteries and any liquid cleaning products are shipped using services permitted by the carrier for that product. Ground transport is used where required. This does not change the 7–10 business day window for domestic orders.

Order changes and wrong addresses

Contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel an order or correct an address. Once an order ships, we cannot change its address.

Delays outside our control

Carrier delays, severe weather and public holidays may extend delivery beyond 7–10 business days. We keep you updated by email.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or an item arrives damaged or leaking where applicable, contact us with your order number and photos of the packaging and item. We will replace it or refund you in full.

We describe products by their physical characteristics, pack contents and manufacturer part numbers. Compatibility statements follow the product manufacturer's information. We do not claim a relationship with the manufacturers of the VR devices or accessories we sell.

Safe use — VR equipment

Read the manufacturer's safety guidance and manual before use, including age guidance and play-space requirements. Do not modify the device or use damaged charging equipment. Use only compatible power supplies and accessories.

Safe use — cleaning products

Follow the cleaning product instructions and your VR device manufacturer's care guidance. Keep cleaning products out of reach of children and do not mix them. Ask us before use if you are unsure about compatibility.

Device warranty

Using third-party accessories or maintenance products may affect your device warranty, depending on the manufacturer's terms. This is a matter between you and the manufacturer. We cannot advise on another company's warranty terms.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in USD and may change. If an item is out of stock or priced incorrectly after you order, we contact you and offer a replacement or full refund. We do not charge a different price without asking first.

Orders we may decline

We may decline or cancel orders if stock is unavailable, fraud is suspected, or we cannot ship to the address provided. Payments already taken are refunded in full.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid, except where the law does not allow that limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
